What is CPSC Compliance?

Safety First, Always

At Little Buddha, your baby’s safety is our top priority. Every product we design is crafted with care, intention, and an unwavering commitment to safety - because we’re moms, too, and we wouldn’t settle for anything less.

CPSC Compliance

All of our products meet the rigorous safety standards set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). That means every item in our shop is compliant with federal regulations for children’s apparel, including:

  • CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) standards
  • Lead and phthalate limits
  • Flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear (when applicable)
  • Tracking labels for traceability and accountability
  • You can rest easy knowing every piece has passed the tests—and the snuggle test, too.

Third-Party Testing

We don’t just say it’s safe, we prove it.

Our fabric and final products are tested through CPSC-accepted third-party laboratories to ensure they meet or exceed safety requirements. This includes:

  • Fabric composition verification
  • Chemical testing (lead, phthalates, etc.)
  • Flammability testing
  • Labeling and tracking code compliance

Thoughtful Design for Little Ones

We design with babies in mind - literally.
Our pieces avoid harsh dyes, loose buttons, irritating seams, or anything that could compromise comfort or safety. From necklines to zipper closures, every detail is intentional and mama-approved.

Tracking Labels & Recall Info

Each product includes a tracking label as required by the CPSC, which helps us maintain full transparency and accountability. If a recall were ever necessary (though we work tirelessly to prevent that), we’d be able to notify affected customers quickly and clearly.

Our Promise to You
