📦 Processing Time

All orders are packed with love and shipped out within 2-4 business days from our HQ.
(If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know right away.)

🚚 Shipping Rates + Carriers

We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping is through USPS, UPS, or similar carriers depending on your location.

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.90
Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $60

📍Tracking Info

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

🌎 International Orders

We’re currently only shipping within the U.S., but we’re dreaming of snuggly bamboo around the globe soon. Stay tuned!

🍼 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. Still need help? Reach out and we’ll do what we can.
